Cancellation policies

The reservation can be canceled free of charge up to one month before the arrival date. If you cancel it when there are 14 days or less of arrival, 50% of the amount will be refunded and within 7 days nothing will be refunded, except for cleaning and tourist tax, which will be returned in full.
